When dealing with estates and succession plans worth tens of millions of dollars, I’ve always found rural business owners still trust a handshake, being able to look people in the eye and to engage in a face to face chat.
I also want to ensure families have opportunity to sit together, whilst engaging with professionals to help craft critical Estate and Succession Plan documents.
One of my other biggest learnings is the need for rural families to get this done quickly and cost effectively, without a lot of time invested by the family themselves.
