The Key People Letter

If you have left unexpectedly, there may be businesses to run or complicated arrangements which have to be managed. Documenting who the key people in your life are will be invaluable to ensure the ship is held steady.

Now, we're really getting into the serious stuff and this letter is imperative for you to complete.

It may be one of the most important parts of the plan to leave behind. It's the key exercise to document the most important people for your remaining family members to be able to rely on, to communicate with them, to provide direction. To ensure they know who to trust, and who to avoid.

So let's have a look. These people are an essential part of your foundation and they're the ones your family is going to seek guidance from. Who would you want as your Executors? Who would you want your family to take their principal advice from and who's your current financial planner etc.

This is just ever so important because I want you to have a team of people your family can rely on. People to lean on when you're not here.
