TERMS & CONDITIONS | WHAT’S INCLUDED?

We are excited to welcome you aboard Rural Succession Solutions. You are about to embark on an important journey, and we look forward to guiding you along the way.

Once you have engaged us, your initial face-to-face meeting is included. All subsequent virtual meetings are included. Depending on your subscription level, additional, or no face to face meetings may be included. For additional face-to-face meetings, unless within 100km of Brisbane, travel and accommodation costs are shared between clients visited on that trip. (If public travel is impractical, time-wasting or inappropriate, we will make other arrangements). Travel and ancillary costs will be advised and invoiced beforehand if you request any extra face-to-face meetings.

 We do not provide ANY specific legal, accounting, or financial planning advice. Any conversation we have will be of a ‘general nature’ only. Other advisors will provide specific advice.

We only work with our recommended Solicitors, who are estate planning specialists. Your outcomes are far too important to settle for inappropriate advice from a generalist. (Please note : We do not receive any financial benefits from our referrals. We use these professionals because they are specialists, and we trust their advice.)

Time is always of the essence in working together.

Our standard outcome is to provide your Succession Master Plan in 90 days. However, there may be unavoidable delays, sometimes caused by clients’ ongoing deliberations.

Your subscription period is initially for 12months. You will be required to renew after this time if you wish us to maintain your progress.

Refunds

We only engage with clients who wish for success with our process. Please note : After an initial 5-day cooling-off period (Only prior to us embarking for our initial meeting), there are no refunds (as much of our value and direction is provided up-front).

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

Changes to Agreement

Strategic Evolution Global Pty Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
